dcz: add workaround for pressure sensors (#2215)

- Domoticz only accepts svalue <pressure>;<forecast>,
  failing to display anything otherwise.
  We don't have any forecast calculation (yet?), simply send dummy value.
- Move Domoticz code outside of sensor.ino
