James Young a03aa301de Remove Full Bootmagic (#13846 ) * disambiguate Bootmagic rules in keymaps The files edited by this commit were added at a point in time where `BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE = yes` enabled full Bootmagic. This commit edits the files to specify that full Bootmagic is intended. * remove BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE=full setting * unify commented BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE rules in keyboards Explicitly sets `BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE = no` in keyboards where the rule was commented out. RS40: Code Friendly 40% Keymap

This keymap is an evolution of my previous keymap optimized for coding with a 60% keyboards like the Iris. I tried to keep the simplicity of my previous keymap with all the keys necessary for coding on a single layer in addition to the base one.

Because I sometime have to use my internal keyboard I my macbook, a karabiner configuration is also provided to get most of the features of this keyboard, including the code layer / backspace on right command key etc.
