This adds an experimental option to choose a chip from flashrom's list
using our own heuristics. If successful this should become the default
behaviour when when "-c" is not specified.

Basically this should completely replace the documentation section
"flashrom chip config" at some point.

we provide an unlocked flash image, but also, of course, don't have
hardware black- or whitelists, and now even suggest to remove the restiction
on original batteries. In another sense, this "unlocks" the device.

this addresses #22 but we could actually build a patched ISO...
