this simplifies the microcode pull-in

To make a GRUB bootloader installation (on the HDD) work, the graphical
console has to be disabled in /etc/default/grub :

	GRUB_TERMINAL=console

Remember to apply the change using update-grub. The menu is displayed in
text mode.

We locally add Intel's new microcode package, currently under review
upstream here:

For the current build we'll cheat and include Intel's 20171107 microcode
package.

This resizes CBFS to be 4M and includes the nvramcui payload, see
https://www.coreboot.org/Payloads#nvramcui

We'll better help bringing the latest microcode updates for Intel
to coreboot upstream than trying to include something special here.
